KRISHNA SERVES HIS PARENTS

Although Krishna killed formidable demons and performed superhuman acts that showed He was the Supreme Personality of Godhead, He derived the greatest happiness from His loving exchanges with His parents and local villagers.

Every day, Krishna served His parents by simple acts like fetching a plank of wood for His mother to sit on and by carrying His father’s wooden slippers on His head.

Krishna also loved to dance in His father’s courtyard at the request of the local village women.

These seemingly ordinary events gave Krishna, His parents, and the inhabitants of Vrindavana increasing pleasure at every moment.
